I have been a real estate broker in the San Antonio area for over 30 years. I am with Remax Associates in the Stone Oak area and sell homes in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Twenty years ago, I began a "move up" program to help clients transition from one home to another. My clients can save half of the commission when I sell their home and they buy another home.
During my 30 years experience, I have been named in the Top Twenty Remax agents in San Antonio and in the top 50 agents in the city.
My many years of experience selling in the San Antonio market have given me the knowledge needed to find or sell a home. There has been tremendous growth in the San Antonio area over the last 30 years and I am familiar with all of the new home developments. I have worked with many builders and developers as well as other agents throughout my career here.
There is so much that goes into the sale of a home. It can be an overwhelming task. It need not be that way.
